Before making an application to the rolling grants programme, please check the eligibility criteria by reading the Trust’s grant-making policy, even if you have applied before, as this may change from time to time. Also, make sure you understand the application process.

A new data protection law, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, came into force in May 2018. The Trust collects minimal personal data from applicants – only that which is necessary to administer the application – and it does not engage in marketing activity. Applicants are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy before completing the application form.

In preparation for your application, you may like to preview the application questions first. You will be offered the opportunity to upload supporting documents with your application, one of which should be grant funding plan with budget. Click here to see our guidelines on what that should contain – we anticipate you may have an exisiting document similar to this that you can use for this purpose.

When you are ready to apply (or are returning to an application), click on the button below, which will take you to the online form. Our application form is hosted on a secure website by our grants database provider, The Gallery Partnership. You will be required to register and set a password so that you can log in again at a later date. You do not have to complete the application in one sitting – you can save it when partially complete and return to it at a later date. It is possible to paste in your answers from Word or Excel (or any other package) if you want to prepare them ahead.
